BRRRR Calculator
Helping you make more informed real estate investing decisions
The BRRRR Calculator was developed by Sarah Larbi as she grew her real estate investing portfolio. It helped her plugin and understand the numbers.
This calculator comes with a demo video where Sarah shares the elements that you need to know prior to using the calculator. She then takes you through the calculator plugging in the numbers to help you see if a project is a viable buy.
The calculator is downloadable for you to run as many scenarios as you like and you get lifetime access to the demo video. Because of the nature of the calculator being a downloadable product, this is a final sale product and there are no refunds.
The calculator aids your decision-making. It is not a replacement for due diligence and seeking the advice of experienced professionals and others.
